At the heart of copywriting is knowing the audience you are writing for, but it’s more than that. It’s the business brand, the ethos, and for small business owners and sole traders, their personality and how they like to phrase things. 

Yes the copy has to speak to people. Yes it has to sound natural, or snappy, or dreamy or whatever it is you are aiming for. However it also has to be authentic. It has to represent you as a business, a person or an organisation – and that is the bit we will get right for you. We will also nail the rest of course!
