Cancelling a print order
Once an order has been sent to print (on the pre-booked printing date) payment cannot be refunded. To receive a full refund we would need to have notice of cancellation of the order by 5pm the day before your printing date. No changes can be made to the artwork after the order had gone to print.
Whilst we take the utmost care to check for spelling and punctuation mistakes within any artwork or websites, unless you have taken out our professional proofreading service, it is your responsibility (as the customer) to do the final proof read and sign off prior to printing or go live. Please take your time to read through the final PDF proofs or webpages prior to print/ go live, to ensure they meet your approval. Following sign off from the customer, any reprints due to error would have to be printed at your own cost. Please check especially that company details, email addresses and website names are all correct.
If you would like to include any images, videos, quotes or files, on any collateral or website, you will need to obtain the correct and up to date copyright license. Obtaining the correct copyright is your responsibility and by entering into an agreement with us, you are agreeing to take full responsibility for this. Frog Marketing cannot be held responsible for being supplied with an incorrect copyright license. We can offer you suggestions of where to look to obtain the correct copyright information, please contact us for suggestions.
If you are unhappy with your final order
Art work: You will always be sent a final PDF to approve before your final order is printed. There will be no changes made to the artwork following your final approval which ensures that no unforeseen errors can be made. We always fully check orders that we receive from our printer before sending them out to the customer. Any complaints about your order must be received within 7 days of when you receive your final order.
Websites: Prior to sign off, your site will be available to view on a temporary domain. Once you have given your approval you will pay any remaining balance which is non refundable and your site will then be made live with your domain name.
Generally for website projects we take a payment of 50% of the quoted price on agreement of brief. Once a brief has been agreed and payment taken this is non refundable. Any changes to the brief may incur an increase to the cost of the project and will be reflected in the final invoice. Any such changes will be agreed with the client prior to this taking place.
We add a line in the footer of your site advertising our website link. We design this so that it is very discreet and matches your website colours. We don’t use our website name anywhere that may interfere with the design of your site, and would be happy to leave it off completely upon your request.
We reserve the right to use any collateral we create for you to promote our products and services.
Image resolution and product quality
Frog marketing will always seek to produce the best quality work possible and may request higher resolution images/ better quality materials etc. However it is the responsibility of the client to provide this material in the requested format.
Production times will be agreed with the client prior to work commencing on the project. We do not offer refunds for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, or due to receiving vital information from the customer later than agreed (such as images, copy or video).
